Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of OZCx (ozcxai.com), a market data and analytics terminal operated by Hamza Özcan ("OZCx", "we"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. Contact: info@ozcxai.com.

1. Not financial advice

OZCx provides market data, technical indicators, statistical models and AI-generated analysis for informational and research purposes only. Nothing on OZCx is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. Signals and model outputs are estimates and can be wrong; markets carry a high risk of loss. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions and their results.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.
Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account.
One person per account. Accounts may not be shared or resold.

3. Plans and billing

OZCx offers a Free plan and paid subscriptions (currently Pro Trader and Desk), billed monthly or yearly in US dollars at the price shown at checkout.
Payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh) as merchant of record. Polar handles the payment, applicable taxes, invoices and receipts, and its buyer terms apply to the purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. We email you before a renewal.
You can cancel at any time from Settings or the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; your plan stays active until then.
If a renewal payment fails and is not settled within one day, the subscription is cancelled and the account returns to the Free plan. Your saved data is kept.
Refund requests can be sent to info@ozcxai.com and are handled through Polar.
We may change prices for future billing periods; we will notify you before a change applies to your subscription.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: scrape, copy or redistribute data from the terminal in bulk; resell or publicly republish the service or its outputs; attempt to bypass plan limits, access controls or rate limits; interfere with the service's operation or other users; or use Trader Chat for spam, harassment or unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Data sources and availability

Market data comes from third-party exchanges and providers and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and features may change as the product develops.

6. Intellectual property

The OZCx software, design and brand belong to OZCx. You keep ownership of the content you create (for example watchlists and chat messages) and grant us the permission needed to store and display it within the service.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OZCx is provided "as is" and we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits or indirect damages arising from use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections 1, 6 and 7 survive termination.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email and take effect for future use. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
